Photography, a truly amazing thing.

I don't think people truely realize the ultimate power of a shutter actuation. When you take a picture, you are capturing a moment in time that can never be seen again. But photographing something, capturing it in the time that it took place, is truely an amazing thing for us to be able to do. Why more people don't venture off into the world of photography, I don't know. But one thing is for sure, I will never put my camera down. I have for the past two years been capturing moments in time that are joyful, sad, beautiful, breathe-taking, action filled, and truely amazing. Granted, most peoplle probably don't "get into" photography because it is a rather expensive hobby. Believe me, I have had to sacrifice other things for years now to have the equipment I do. But to be a good photographer, you only need a couple hundred dollars to pick up a some-what decent point and shoot digital camera. So please, whoever you are reading this blog, make an effort to purchase a camera, and begin capturing these moments in time taht can never again be re-enacted.
